ALTONIT is a micronized product which is specially developed for the paper industry. ALTONIT is used to increase retention and drainage in combination with polymeric flocculants. ALTONIT adsorbs colloidal and molecular contaminants from water or paper pulp and can therefore be added to the pulp or paper stock in order to deactivate stickies and adsorb colloidal contaminants. ALTONIT prevents deposits and improves product quality. ALTONIT can be also used for water treatment.
