It is an oil thickener, stabilizer and oil gelling agent. It can control the gel strengths and viscosity. It is derived from L-glutamic acid. It can give transparent look and non-sticky use feeling in the oil stick product. It can be used to form clean hard oil sticks and clear oil gels.
